We are just two days away from being able to reopen our doors to our wonderful audiences – we can’t wait to see you all again!
You can read our full road to reopening here, but we are pleased to announce that from 12th April (that’s this Monday!) we will be reopening The Cresset building to the public. After a long period of working from home, our Box Office team will also be back, with phone service resuming from Monday. We are also pleased to announce that small events (weddings and funerals of up to 15 people) will be permitted to take place from Monday.
Additionally, from Monday, both indoor leisure and non-essential retail are able to reopen – so we’re excited to announce that all of our shops, the library and the YMCA Gym will be opening their doors once again! We will also be welcoming a brand new shop to the North Walk Mall; Crafty Jax will be opening their doors for the very first time on 1st May.

Please be aware that while in The Cresset building you will have to adhere to the social distancing restrictions – the usual stuff; please wear a mask when moving around the building, keep your distance, observe the directional signage throughout!
