During this time our team have all been provided with suitable PPE to help them carry out their roles safely. We’re also continuing with our enhanced cleaning regimes, including regular cleaning of key touchpoints throughout each day which include the lift and handrails. We ask that customers follow our visitor guidelines, and where possible shop on their own to help minimise the number of people in the building.
We are delighted to welcome back the majority of our shops and services, and hope you will join us in supporting small local businesses at this difficult time. The following outlets are now open. Opening times may vary, please contact the organisations direct to confirm, click on the list below to be redirected to their website or Facebook pages.

Panto Update: 28 August
As things stand, we are still on sale with tickets for Jack and the Beanstalk and are full steam ahead in planning to put on a show for you this Christmas.
Obviously we realise we may need to adapt the production and the venue set up to comply with social distancing regulations and to ensure the safety of our cast, crew, staff and audience.
With that in mind we are undergoing a lot of work with the show’s producer and director to see how we can adapt our production to keep everyone safe while still keeping that Christmas magic and pantomime fun. As soon as these plans are finalised we will be sure to let everyone know, starting of course with our ticket holders.
Unfortunately it currently looks unlikely that we will be able to include children in the performance due to social distancing requirements and therefore will not be holding our usual open auditions.
If you have any further questions, do let us know. We hope to see you at panto this Christmas!
In line with government guidelines, The Cresset has taken the difficult decision to cancel all scheduled performances and public events up until 30th September 2020 inclusive.
Where possible we are working with promoters to reschedule events and transfer tickets. If you have tickets for any of the following events you will receive an email from the box office to notify you of this and confirm ticketing arrangements. We ask for your patience while our team work hard to reschedule the dates and contact all customers individually.
We have also had notification from promoters that some events outside this timeframe have been cancelled or postponed and these are also listed below:
Barry Steele - Roy Orbison Story
Swan Lake - Vienna Festival Ballet
The Tina Turner Experience

Sleeping With Beauty - Adult Panto
