Our Queen’s Story – Jubilee Entries

To celebrate the Platinum Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II, The Cresset ran a competition for primary school children from across the City to present an important moment or event in The Queen’s life through the medium of performing arts – in a project called “Our Queen’s Story”, supported by Peterborough Reads and The National Literacy Trust, and partly funded by the National Lottery Community Fund.

The entries for the competition can be viewed below – we’re truly impressed by the effort and talent our participants have shown! There’s a huge variety of skills on display – performance, dance, song and even some puppetry!
