Celebrating 45 Years

The Cresset was officially opened on 22 March 1978 by HM Queen Elizabeth II, which means we’ve just turned 45!

To celebrate we’d like to invite you to join us for an afternoon on 20th August 2023. Our 45th Birthday celebration takes place from 11am-5pm and includes:

2.10pm – Young Actors Company

2.35pm – Bretton Community Choir

3.00pm – Shine

3.25pm – Elizabeth Boardman School of Dance

3.50pm – PODS – Sister Act

4.15pm – Cresset Panto – Class of 2022

Fun and Games

Including Face painting, bouncy castle, games, soft play, beatboxing workshops, a craft market and kids karaoke

Food and Drink

There’s FREE tea, coffee and Birthday Cake for everyone! Plus a licensed bar, and hot food available all day courtesy of The Fayre Spot
