Mark Olver
Mark Olver is a versatile entertainer known for his roles as a stand-up comedian, television warm-up artist, and occasional broadcaster for BBC Radio. His comedic journey took a notable turn in 2006 with the debut of his solo Edinburgh show, “Happy Accidentally,” a performance celebrated by chortle.com as a “genuine feelgood show.” The success of this debut paved the way for his subsequent 2007 show, “Say Something,” showcasing his evolving comedic prowess.
Ricky Balshaw
A quick-witted, slow walking, fast rising star, Ricky Balshaw is without question, the funniest Paralympic Dressage medallist in the UK, perhaps the world.
Stepping over his cerebral palsy like it’s the mildest of inconveniences, Ricky pulls his audience into a joyfully dark world of self-depreciating hilarity. No sympathy vote is needed (or accepted) as Ricky dominates comedy stages up and down the UK.
Raj Poojara
Growing up watching some of the greats and being the “funny guy”, a.k.a “the one with the great personality”, Raj decided to take the leap of faith into the world of comedy!
His first performance at the London’s Backyard Comedy club went so well that his second gig was in front of a sold-out theatre as the opening act.
Tom Towelling
Tom Towelling has been increasingly stepping into the limelight as a solo act over the last year, and recently won the Musical Comedy Award 2024. A resident of Hall Green, Birmingham, Tom is a regular at Moseley’s Deep Friend Comedy Club. Citing John Kearns and Mr Bean as key inspirations, he describes his comedy style as“deliciously rich and creamy.”
