Summer School 2013   

Award winning Wildcats Theatre School are again offering their highly popular summer school programme, in partnership with The Cresset, Peterborough.  The week culminates in a performance of a show and is a great way for children to build confidence and self-esteem, develop skills in musical theatre and have lots of fun!

MATILDA THE MUSICAL SUMMER SCHOOL

This year our summer school theme comes from the hit musical ‘Matilda’.  Learn songs and routines from the famous show, and work with script from the famous film too.  You will be working towards a performance on the Friday at 3.30pm.   All participants will also  receive a summer school t shirt.  The week is held in The Cresset.

Extended care available from 08.30am and until 5.00pm for an additional cost of £2.50 per hour.   £100 per week per child.

 

Mon 19th – Fri 23rd Aug 09.30am – 4.00pm.

A SERIES OF ONE-DAY WORKSHOPS

Extended care available from 08.30am – 5.00pm for £2.50 per hour per child.  Book four days and get the fifth day free! Each workshop costs £20 per child and is suitable for children aged 5+.

A selection of one day workshops, you can book individually or for the full week depending on your requirements.

Monday 19th: Angelina Ballerina Special.  For all those little Ballet dancers – come and learn to dance like Angelina.

Tue 20th: Wicked/Wizard Musical Theatre Workshop

Wed 21st: Alice in Wonderland’s ‘Mad Hatter’s Tea Party’.  Featuring songs, dances and acting from Alice in Wonderland along with a party lunch.  Cost includes food and drink.

Thur 22nd: Pirate Party Day – Songs, dance, craft and much more. Find the hidden treasure, help catch Captain Jack Sparrow and design a ‘Pirate Code’ for you and your shipmates.

Fri 23rd: Hip Hop/Street Dance Workshop.  A full day of dance – come dressed to sweat!
