Booking tickets for live events at The Cresset is easy. Buy tickets online with our simple booking form, call to speak to a member of our box office staff, or visit the box office in person. You may also email us, or send your ticket request by post.

We’re making some changes to our charges. From 1st May 2013 a handling fee of £1.50 per ticket will apply to every ticket purchased for most commercial shows. Certain amateur and performing arts productions will be exempt. There will be no additional charge for using a credit or debit card, the fee is the same regardless of the method of payment. An optional £1 postage charge can be added at the point of payment.

Since 2010, as a theatre we have undergone many changes in order to keep bringing quality entertainment to Peterborough. What many people do not realise is that the ticket revenue does not come to the Theatre, but goes to the promoters and artistes. We therefore need to charge additional fees to cover the costs of ticketing and running a box office service. All handling fees are added on top of the face value of each ticket and therefore come directly to the Theatre as intended.
